There's a lot of confusion about carboydrates. The overall impression is that 'carbs' are bad for you, but carbohydrates are an essential element in almost all foods, and they're a necessary part of a healthy vegetarian diet.

What about raw food diets and raw food health? Do we have to go raw? Can you be part raw? Do you have to be vegan to eat raw?
