The report is based on 40+ years personal experience and observations of going vegetarian, finding a healthy vegetarian diet, and learning to be vegetarian in a non-vegetarian world.
I have to admit that when I was first going veg, I was so willful, I probably would have ignored the Ten Tips report.
That's why my life as a vegetarian has been one long research project! And that's why I thought I should write this report.
